I want you to be happy with your purchase and always happy to exchange items.
If you wish to return something because I sent you the wrong colour, size, design or whatever possible thing I could bugger up, (i'm only human it happens sometimes) I will do you up a new one and ask you to send me the wrong one back, and I will refund your postage through the same paypal address that you paid me. (or bank transfer if you paid by other means)
If you bought something and buggered up (its ok I know your human too :) and say you decided you didn't like the colour, or ordered the wrong size, i'm happy to exchange but will ask you to pay for your own postage in returning the item. I hope this is cool :)
Wear Your Voice is run by an artist (me Angela) I'm a passionate vegan who uses t-shirts as a way of creating what I call 'ARA/ARTWEAR' designs with compassion, heart and meaning behind them. I love hearing your ideas, if you have a cracking idea/slogan that inspires me, and if I make it into a t-shirt design I will send you one of this design for Free :D!! The Eat Figs, Not Pigs, was a customer idea, and so was 'Milk comes from a grieving mother'.
What i'm not however is a t-shirt printing services, I'm happy to work with non profit organisations/charities (if i have the time, and have sort of met you/know of you) to DESIGN a t-shirt for you and print them up (at a reasonable cost) or sell them as to order on the website and send you a donation as and when one sells. WHAT I WONT DO THOUGH is put work into making up screens with other peoples artwork then print them up, heat press them.. etc etc, if you want a t-shirt printing services that isn't me I'm afraid. (but recommend Sab Cat printers if you have artwork ready to go to print) I feel I have to point this out as I have had a few enquiries lately and I often feel like a snotty artist when i say 'sorry i'm an artist who uses t-shirt as a medium for my art, i'm not actually a t-shirt printer' as some people have got a bit funny about it. :)
